Converting A DeepDyve Account To Microsoft Azure
When a new Microsoft Azure user with an existing DeepDyve account logs in for the first time:
- Your login will be blocked initially for security reasons
- You’ll see an option to receive a code via email
- Click “Send Token”
- Check your email inbox (including spam folder) for the code
- Copy and paste the received code into the provided form
- If successful, your Azure credentials will be linked to your existing account, and you’ll be logged into your “My Library” page
If you do not see the “Convert to Microsoft Azure User” button, or if the conversion does not complete successfully, please contact your DeepDyve account manager.
